Return and Refund Policy
Made to Order
All products are printed to order by a third-party printer (The Giclee Factory), created specifically for you once your purchase is made.
24 hours after your order is submitted, your order automatically enters our printing and manufacturing process. Because each item is created individually, we are unable to accept returns or refunds for change-of-mind reasons, including if the artwork doesn’t fit your decor or other personal preferences.
Order Cancellations
If you wish to cancel your order, you must contact us within 24 hours of your submitted order.
We can only cancel orders that have not yet entered production.
Once production has started, we cannot offer cancellations or refunds.
Returns Policy
Damaged or Faulty Items
Please inspect your order as soon as you receive it.
If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us in the first 24 hours of the reception of your order, as we need to notify the printer within 48 hours. If for some reason the print is damaged, send us clear pictures of the damaged print and the box in which it was delivered, and we will either send you a replacement or give you a credit or refund.
After 48 hours, the printer will consider the order to be satisfactory.
Shipping to Canada and the USA:
All artworks are shipped unframed and carefully packaged in a cardboard box.
Orders are prepared for shipment twice a week, on Wednesdays and Saturdays.
Orders are dispatched via UPS and include a tracking number, which you will receive once your order has shipped.
The delivery takes 3–7 business days.
At this time, we ship within Canada and the USA. International shipping will be introduced soon. For inquiries regarding destinations outside these regions, please contact christine@missphoton.com.
